Louisiana DHS Officials Were Under Indictment
for misappropriating FEMA funds when Katrina hit. Funds designed to preparethe state for a disaster. State officials can only account for 3% of the cash sent to them by the feds.
But Bush is taking it on the chin for Katrina.
I wonder what took so long for this information to come out. We had time to fact check Michael Brown's resume, didn't we have time to look into those federal indictments of state DHS officials before now?
